Maminha (Brazilian-Style Grilled Tri-Tip)
Considered as one of the most popular and “noble” Brazilian beef cuts, maminha is a beef cut known in Brazil as “the filé mignon for the grill”.

Carne Moída com Batata e Cenoura (Savory Ground Beef with Potatoes & Carrots)
A comforting homestyle classic featuring perfectly seasoned, lean ground beef simmered in a rich, savory vegetable broth. Tossed with tender, melt-in-your-mouth potatoes and vibrant, subtly sweet carrots and tomatoes, this hearty dish delivers a perfect balance of rustic flavors and textures.
Note: This dish is often substituted with “Carne de Panela” (Brazilian Pot Roast), a hearty, fork-tender beef braised with aromatics, carrots, and golden potatoes. A rustic Brazilian staple reimagined by Chef Nelci Viera.

Costelinha de Porco (Slow-Roasted Pork)
Tender pork ribs marinated for 24 hours in a traditional blend of garlic and herbs. Slow-roasted until golden and succulent.
